We have set a very ambitious timeline in order to maximize the current excitement about this project.

Starting Summer 2025

Stage 1: 50m Pool (10 lanes long course, 22 lanes short course) 

This stage includes the pool, pump house, deck, fencing, etc.

Breaking ground: June 2025

Estimated Completion (due to rainy season): November 2025

Here’s what has to happen before we break ground:

  • ✅ Land survey already completed by the foundation

  • Architectural & Civil Plans (April)

  • Geotech drilling (April)

  • Finish fundraising for this stage

Stage 1.5: Updating Current Building

This stage includes facelift to current building facade, updating locker rooms, adding hot water to showers, etc.

Start Date: November 2025

Estimated Completion: January 2026

Here’s what has to happen before we start this stage:

  • City approval of renovation plans

  • Finish fundraising for the stage

Stage 2: Historic Green Space

This stage includes updated landscaping, picnic tables, large-scale sculptures from local artists, etc.

Start Date: December 2025, 2025

Estimated Completion: February 2026

Here’s what has to happen before we start this stage:

  • Landscape architectural designs

  • Call for artists

  • Finish fundraising for the stage

Stage 3: Beach Volleyball Courts

This stage includes the 3 beach volleyball courts and stands.

Start Date: December 2025.

Completion Date: January 2025.

Here’s what has to happen before we break ground:

  • ✅ Land survey already completed by the foundation

  • ✅ Ordering pro-quality net and equipment: already comleted by the City

  • Get approval from board to start: THIS HAS NOT BEEN GRANTED YET
