Leadership Team:

The Blue Dolfins Foundation is governed by a multidisciplinary board of leaders representing expertise in aquatic safety, finance, accounting, insurance, education, construction, project management, and business strategy. This collective experience ensures responsible governance, sound financial oversight, and careful stewardship of public and private resources.

Board members are locally invested—living and working in the Winter Park area—and are deeply committed to aligning funding decisions with mission outcomes, community needs, and long-term sustainability.

Our team is led by a diverse group of individuals from varying industries to provide the highest level of expertise. Long-time swim teachers and coaches, finance, accounting, and insurance executives, former teachers, business and marketing pros, building contractors, project managers, and parents compile our board to ensure we are staying on mission and best serving our community.

Volunteer Leadership Commitment:

All members of the Board of Directors and Advisory Council serve in a completely volunteer capacity. No salaries or stipends are drawn. This ensures that 100% of operating funds directly support the success of the project, including construction, programming, scholarships, and community impact.
