Leadership Team:
Our team is led by a diverse group of individuals from varying industries to provide the highest level of expertise. Long-time swim teachers and coaches, finance, accounting, and insurance executives, former teachers, business and marketing pros, building contractors, project managers, and parents compile our board to ensure we are staying on mission and best serving our community. All are invested locally, living and working in the Winter Park area.

Lauren Bradley: Marketing and PR, Parent Representative
Anne Kirchner Gustin: Communication, Parent Representative
Volunteer Leadership Commitment:
All members of the Board of Directors and Advisory Council serve in a completely volunteer capacity. No salaries or stipends are drawn. This ensures that 100% of operating funds directly support the success of the project, including construction, programming, scholarships, and community impact.
